Feedback, complaints and compliments

We aim to provide the best service possible and would love the opportunity to hear your feedback. Whether it be a complaint, a compliment or a thought, your feedback lets us know what we are doing well and areas that we can improve. 

  • You can provide feedback, including complaints, by filling out SNCS Satisfaction and Feedback Survey (linked here) online, otherwise you can also provide feedback by calling us on 02 4587 8091 or sending an email to info@strongnation.community
  • If you would like to lodge a formal complaint straight to the General Manager, you can do so by simply filling in the SNCS Complaint Form (linked here) and send it to: The General Manager via email: info@strongnation.community
  • A copy of our Complaints Policy can also be obtained by calling reception on 02 4587 8091.
Please feel free to talk to one of our team, your caseworker or the General Manager. If you prefer, someone else can advocate or speak on your behalf and you may remain anonymous.
 
If your complaint or concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may choose to contact the NSW Ombudsman at www.ombo.nsw.gov.au or 1800 451 524.
