Emergency relief is simply to support people who are experiencing financial distress or hardship and who have limited means or resources to help them alleviate their financial crisis.

Bill assistance
Eligibility will depend on what assistance you are applying for & you will need to be able to provide Photo ID & any additional documents depending on what you are eligible for. Please contact us on 02 4587 8091 for more information.
How do I get help?
People wishing to apply for assistance must make an appointment to go through an application. Please call 02 4587 8091 on a Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm and we will schedule an appointment for you.
